For your usage, even Intel Celeron is sufficient smile.gif Don't waste money on an i5 CPU.
To ensure "smoothness", you should spend money on getting more RAM if you multi-task a lot (4G stick ~ RM100, 8G stick ~ RM200), and put in a SSD (128G ~ RM300, 256G ~ RM600) to replace the HDD (keep as external storage).

G400s, Pentium 2020 + Intel HD@RM1349, 4GB, 500GB, W8

So you get about RM100 discount from RSP already. Just get the SSD and you are good to go  thumbup.gif

accounting software normally are not CPU demanding. None of your usage require discrete GPU.
since you are multi-tasking, better to have more RAM.

Dell
Inspiron 15, i3-3217U + Intel HD4000@RM1299[2.25kg], 4GB, 500GB(5400rpm), 4-cell, Linux; W8SL@RM1499

Lenovo
G500S, i3-3110M + Nvidia GT720M@RM1499, 2GB, 500GB, FreeDOS

Prices are RSP, negotiable.
FreeDOS mean you need to get and install OS yourself.
Use the remaining of your budget to increase RAM (4G stick ~ RM100, 8G stick ~ RM200), extend warranty (Dell, to 3 years on site ~ RM300), get SSD (128G ~ RM300) and swap with HDD (keep as external storage).

Thanks advise ya..
