If look at much longer term, it means everything need priced higher over the long term, due to inflation.
So reit may a good place to hedge inflation over the long term, as reit is a hard asset.

How "dynamic"? means they don't want traders to be able to predict the opening price? shakehead.gif

U mean last time Bursa system will filter and "hide" those ridiculous orders? unsure.gif

Btw, Bursa system favours the Buyer or Seller?

I.e. let's say Buyer bid RM10.00, Seller want RM9.00, whose price will be taken to transact?

Under the old system :-

Let say you key in sell at 1.90 100 lots , buyer at rm 2.00 1000 lots....lowest buy bid

Bursa System showed your sell order at rm 2.00 .

Lower sell price entry at 1.90 would be matched first , but transacted at 2rm if nothing changed.....

Remember buy n sell Q carry weight , matched lower if sellers outnumber buyers. Buyers may get cheaper than their buying price.

How u come to that figure ? which counter/s do u mean ? can elaborate more ? thanks

Mreit example IGB reit payout more than epu.

SREIT example keppel reit, suntec reit, croesus reit etc payout more than epu.

basically they gear up to payout more dividend. But this is not
sustainable. As you can see most of these reits almost reach
their maximum debt ceiling.

PERSAMA said current online retail trading with disorderly brokerage created an uneven playing field giving advantage to high frequency trading, thus making share price very volatile.

hmm.gif well for a start if brokerage is stuck at $28 i wont be even in the market, unless i have larger amount of capital
unlike some of the sifus here who invest in 4-5 figure or more for a share haha
