Sigh...am still holding banyak reits at high prices sad.gif
Compared to prices now so attractive ...should hv waited at bottom only buy...dy so much higher!

CMMT is the worst performing reit in my portfolio. waterfalling down no brakes wan icon_question.gif

STAREIT still the best. highest DY and less volatility. wub.gif

I tried setting a disipline cut loss at 20% ... but then, not easy to bypass our OWN EMOTIONAL MIND. with the hope that it will rebound.

STAREIT "is" less volatile.

if you compare the period when all reits started to get really weak:
this was about give and take in june 2013.
i take a bunch of more popular reits for comparison purposes

a) CMMT 1.85 (3 june) .... today close 1.40 (3 dec)
b) IGBREIT 1.34 " ... today close 1.21
c) STAREIT 1.14 " .... today close 1.03
d) PAVREIT 1.58 " .... today close 1.30
e) SUNREIT 1.63 " .....today close 1.27

which one drop the least? which one has best DY?

a shareholder brought up the dilution issue at stareit's agm. it was clarified by the board that dilution will not take place. couldn't remember what was the point brought forward.

anyway talking about pessimistic, that should apply for all reits. im oso planning to cut loss on reits holdings to free up funds.

but definitely won't cut my stareit tongue.gif

yok: yes thats what the board said about no dilution. and they gave some reason for it.

being newbie, i didn't quite understand all the jargon here and there sweat.gif

sunreit agm worst. nothing at all...not even water. food is a packed bento set (beehoon goreng!!)

met an elderly lady there, who took the heavy prospectus home. she said good for her grandson to use for drawings hehehhe.
