how does i7 3770K overclock, savety way to overclock my new gaming pc

Hi can some one advice me for overclock my pc, im beginner.
Core i7 3770k Asrock Extreme 6 MoBo Kingston 2x 8gb ram 1tb seagate Leadtek GTX 770 Seasonic 620W CM V6 GT cpu fans full tower cm storm Styker with top back side fans. |
