if it does not become bukit jelutong's commercial heart then the whole notion of commercializing bukit jelutong fails already. all surrounding projects are anchoring on this JV to succeed.

so lets ensure SD and UEM arent going to fail this but because the directors are buying there too, rest assured it won't go down that easily

but do expect some time for growth as also seen with Publika which they're trying to benchmark against.
