Had been used Mr. Luong Vietnam Rom V 1.5 for few days ..
The best 4.3 Rom So Far.
Very Smooth,
No FC close.
Nice Blue and Black theme.


Today Just Install V 1.6 ..
A bit improve over V 1.5.
- Note 3 One Hand operation working well. (Not working in V1,5)
- Pen Window
- Magnification gestures

Recommend Rom for Daily use..Close to 90% of Note 3 features working.

Flash DN3 4.3. quite good.

Yeah man, DN3 is damned good......I am wondering if the brightness setting has been adjusted as well, since I notice the screen to be overall brighter.

Maybe placebo effect ka?

Got to agree with u. Best custom rom i ever flashed & luv the Note3 features. May not need official 4.3.
Till now very stable & battery look great.

if anyone complete the battery cycle, please share your battery SOT on DN3 ROM please,..

I've been using it as a mobile hotspot, with some calls, so SOT is very low but lasts an entire work day for tethering use. It's the same as when I was on DMF2 stock.

wow, with mobile hotspot, it can last a working day, guess is amazing too with this rom on the SOT

Modding of devices will get increasingly difficult. Note 2 is probably the last great modding beast (except maybe for Nexus).

About 120 ROMs for Note 2 at last count from the XDA index thread, inclusive of inactive ROMs, which in and of themselves are still usable.

Flashed to DN3 finally, everything works well except for handwriting recognition. No FC or whatsoever but whatever I wrote is not recognized. Nothing is shown though the writing pad has my writing which wasn't auto delete whenever I finished with a word. Anybody else has this issue?

No issues so far. Did you by any chance added other language pack?

I just enabled English and Chinese.
Now worse thing happened, I went to the thread and people were talking about this, so they asked to download Note 3 keyboard mod and flash manually. I went and flashed it but constant FC.
Didn't back up my old keyboard.
Looks like I will need to reflash everything again.

Is yours Note 3 keyboard?

Im not using note 3 keyboard. Read about some issues users facing. I think there are some users in xda facing the same problem as you. You might have to do some cache clearing.

I managed to fix it after did some reading.

Then, handwriting recognition still didn't work and followed one of the quotes posted on first post in that thread:

p/s: It is not a Note 3 keyboard but at least it fixed my handwriting recognition issue. I had that earlier when I just flashed to this ROM. Suspected issue was because I updated the language pack.

Lol. I suspected it's the language pack that caused the problem. Most users that experienced keyboard FC was due to the added language pack. Fortunate for me I can't write chinese so no added language needed.

But glad that I learned something and managed to find the solution.

Me also did not add language pack. Handwritting recognition is ok.

using note 3 keyboard port here. dont give any problem yet. but i cant enable all sub symbol hack on it. the price i had to pay to make it look like N3..

True. Wanam Xposed and Note 2 Hidden Settings are not working for sub symbols.
By the way, Pen Window Manager is not working? I can't add more than the pre default apps? Joeldroid can.
