Your condition is the same thing happened to one of my friend's. In result they both end up together as a couple. =) They both are happy and they accepted in what they did in the past and present.

There is no right or wrong here, when you fall for your FUBU partner... only God knows what will happen not you not her not your friends not anyone.

It's all up to you to be precise. Can you accept everything what's going on if lets say she say she likes you and want to have the real commitment with you. Do you consider yourself ready for it? Or you are just going to accept and stepping brek when things don't happen as what you expected. People can fall for each other when you have a FUBU partner for long term. Feelings does exist for each other. But if you both have a mutual agreement which is agree to sex only no feelings. Or u agree to sex  but if there's feeling arise you both will decide on what to do. If it's better you both have to sit down and talk in what you REALLY want or need from both sides.
