I just want to know how did they make the tags on every photo? How about the effects at the border? I doubt they're using Photoshop. I don't think they edit every photo. Is there any software to quick edit the photos?

For example,

do u know what is template means?!

in Photoshop,
You make two layer for name tag & the border.

then, the pictures will be inserted under the name tag & borders layers.

U can using the "Eye" icon to turn off those pictures u dun want to output.
dat's it.

This will not involving into "save as preset".

First off, open a new file name, FRAME.
Make sure where u r goin to publish these photos. To print out or publish on net. IF for internet purpose, 640x480 or 800x600 will be fine.

1.)Create a new layer as 'Border', Fill wif White color.
2.)Cut/Delete a center hole on the 'Border' layer to allow ur photo to look thru it.
3.)above the border layer, create a new layer as Tag and type your Name Tag.
4)Open ur photo. Copy & paste into the FRAME file.
5)Put the photos into the lowest layers in FRAME.
6)Save as WEB. Choose the Medium quality. Make sure it is below 150kb.

As for the Border effect, I will choose a Brush pattern from Brush Preset Picker. Pls experience each brush pattern & pick the one which serve well.

Then select 'DISSOLVE' from Brush Mode.
Lastly, use "Eraser" to paint over the white border wif ur artistic sense.
