I just want to know how did they make the tags on every photo? How about the effects at the border? I doubt they're using Photoshop. I don't think they edit every photo. Is there any software to quick edit the photos?

huh? can you explain further? Do you mean they have it saved as preset? How?
Then? They edit every single photo? Btw, I'm still a beginner of photoshop. How do they create this fancy borders? |

Thx. Is there any way for me to save as preset? So that everytime I can just open my photo and a click will have all the effects.
