Which server is best for malaysian players? in terms of ping and latency? Eu or Japan?

Hello please read the v11 thread.

i've read it... i'm still having unanswered questions... i realized that SEA players will be in japan servers but which is better for latency and ping?

The reason is i'm in dilemma .. i've created a character in the EU servers.. but after reading this thread seen that most of malaysians are in tonberry .. should i make another character there instead?

Which you basically didnt really read, Masamune is JP server, and i already state the IP that you can check for it. Which you did not bother to read. =.="

Most Malaysian players are in Tonberry & Masamune, Tiamat as a 3rd. but most prominent in Tonberry & Masamune.

i've checked the ip.. it varies for me.. i'm using yes internet... sometimes the eu is better than jap and sometimes vice versa thus the confusion

instead of asking which server have the most malaysia.
you should think about which server you can login and play~ lol

For YES idk, i never like using Wireless to play even with P1 also is obnoxious, i always play with using Fiber optic and our Connection to JP is always Excellent where is our Connection to NA/EU is worst.

For further information. Both NA & EU servers are actually located in Montreal, Qubec Canada, East Coast America. So technically is not a EU server. Since you are using YES to connect I can't help since idk YES routing to where.

I had used YES and there's not much diff between the two JP or NA/EU
the connection is usually excellent

owh but ping test to JP Servers have less delay than the NA/EU server

cause YES use WiMAX interface... is different network architecture...

If it is high level just continue playing and transfer later in september. You cannot create new chars in the densly populated servers in Japan anywayz...

Totally agree, in my case i force to join EU server due to, 'unable to load JP server'
8out10 already saw this...
so 'FATE' bring me to EU..

Avoid local server unless you want to play login screen everyday
I tried on other less popular JP server, it still have the same issue.
Thinking either go for NA or refund at this point.

No more 1017 now since AFK kick implemented ^^
