Note2 retail at RRP2299 when first launched. And thats for 16GB non-LTE.
A little higher wouldn't be overpriced as Note3 come with 32Gb and also with LTE

Yes..it's okay for pants pocket. It size is slimmer than Note2 tho a bit taller.

Note2 is pocketable in any male pants pocket. Nite3 being slimmer will fit all the same.

But still no one hand operating tho..
I think biggest size for one hand use...is S4 that come with 5" screen. Any bigger will need two hands

There's no casing, no screen protector. Daily use. I kept it in a Samsung Galaxy S2 Leather Pouch Case.  I'd must say the screen is made of good quality after much abuses taken from me.

If I really clean it, it will look like brand new set. 

If have buying receipt..they will use those receipt date provided the receipt date is AFTER manufacturing date..not before.

Beside many S2 user  have 2 years SME warranty instead of one year.

I think S2 or Note1 or both have 2 years warranty.
That 2 years warranty meant for SEP (Samsung Elite Partner) customer. Unfortunately that was ended by end 2011.
After that all buyers regardless SEP or non-SEP receive one year SME warranty.
