well, i hope for some battery improvement for .74 update or reduce the battery usage for most apps which allow the battery to last longer.
Anyway, how long u guys XZ phone will last? Mine, not even last for a day, with wifi on and stamina mode on, play games about 10mins for 4-6times a day and wechat/whatsapp abit. |

Hmm that sounds bit short.Anyway, how long u guys XZ phone will last? Mine can last about 1 and half day, wifi on, watch TV shows for about 2 hours, whatsapp, 9gag browsing several times. What games you play btw? Some games (well, most of them) are heavy battery drainer. |

QUOTE(jasper91 @ Oct 4 2013, 10:01 AM) well, i hope for some battery improvement for .74 update or reduce the battery usage for most apps which allow the battery to last longer. Mine can last from full charge at 8am until 6pm with 30% left. But that without stamina mode, WiFi off, data on, with exemption of whatsapp and Yahoo mails. And few surfing the web using AOSP browser for almost 1 hours cumulatively. Use phone normally with sms less than 50 per day and call for few minutes. Screen brightness set to 20%Anyway, how long u guys XZ phone will last? Mine, not even last for a day, with wifi on and stamina mode on, play games about 10mins for 4-6times a day and wechat/whatsapp abit. Btw, I greenify all my apks, and use battery guru. So I guess its ok. But most of the time if my battery do get lower than 30% I charge it using power case. maybe I can get more if I on stamina mode and underclock or undervolt my phone, but that's not necessary and seldom used. Unless I forgot to bring my power case or forgot to charge it. This post has been edited by ILoveXperia: Oct 4 2013, 10:19 AM |

QUOTE(jasper91 @ Oct 4 2013, 10:13 AM) Wowww, envy with yours! u opened and used quite alot of apps stil it lasted for 1day n a half? >.< Well another thing I noticed that will affect battery drain is WiFi.Hmmmm, mine i only play 1 game, from LINE - Pokopang.. thats all with abit wechat and whatsapp only yet it only lasted for like 20hours ++ only.. even if i swipe my screen to touch n checking only also drained quite fast battery But it is not about phone Wifi, is the wifi station. If wifi station is not stable, your phone will keep connect and reconnect and scan and etc. But not only Z will affected, my friends' phone also facing the same problem, end up I setup a hotspot from lan cable. EDIT: You can use BetterBatteryStats app to check which app/stuff draining your battery. This post has been edited by bergstein: Oct 4 2013, 10:35 AM |

my ZL won't turn on, won't charge and my computer didn't detect if i connected in flash mode these happen after i flash to .423 firmware (for rooting process).. i have tried several methods suggested my Xperiablog user such as: 1. plug in charger then press vol up + on button simultaneously & charge 1 hours before turn on << not working! 2. press yellow reset button (behind the sim flap) until vibrate 1 time & 3 times << not working! can somebody help me? i don't want to lose all the info in my ZL..i have backup all things but the backup files still inside my phone memory (not memory card) |

And sometimes just open playstore to search for an apps. That’s all but stil from 8am - 12pm, my batt get below 45% already. this is hell for me LOL.Btw, I greenify all my apks, and use battery guru. QUOTE(efariz @ Oct 4 2013, 11:17 AM) Guys, sorry, I think you'll likely lost everything stored in your ZL during your rooting process for .423, you will need to unlock bootloader....should have backed it up to the external card. I think your phone is still stuck in flash mode.my ZL won't turn on, won't charge and my computer didn't detect if i connected in flash mode these happen after i flash to .423 firmware (for rooting process).. i have tried several methods suggested my Xperiablog user such as: 1. plug in charger then press vol up + on button simultaneously & charge 1 hours before turn on << not working! 2. press yellow reset button (behind the sim flap) until vibrate 1 time & 3 times << not working! can somebody help me? i don't want to lose all the info in my ZL..i have backup all things but the backup files still inside my phone memory (not memory card) This post has been edited by psyeo: Oct 4 2013, 12:06 PM |
