Hi, May I know how is the camera quality on the ZL? is it bad or is it good?How is it compare to other phones such as galaxy s series, iphone 5, htc one?

such as? i played the zl in sony centre yesterday, not really smooth when swipe to the other pages. but Z i feel smoother. zl when open camera app need to wait few seconds only turn on, the capture speed not that fast as s4.

My XZ is now 784 hours uptime since last restart from firmware update to .244. Still very snappy on stock ROM.

The bug I had was erratic auto brightness feature that cause screen to appear flickering. Also occasionally failed to wake phone with one press. These were common in the old 4.2.2 firmware.

I don't know about other phone but my phone is smooth. 4 core snapdragon 600, actually is more than enough to obtain smoothness. The camera indeed open slower than other devices, it is its nature

Those demo sets in Sony center, i think there're many opened apps in background.

As for camera speed, yes S4 is much faster than ZL.. compared with friend's S4

Maybe the ZL in Sony Centre has not been update to latest 4.2.2 Version.
Compare to my previous devices (HTC ONE X / S3), my current XZL is really smoother. As for Camera App, I have no complain on that as I still think it fast to open the Camera App.

what's the difference between c6502 & c6503? some sellers selling c6502& c6503.

As for me - so far Camera Quality on ZL is Good even in low lighting area. (13mp)

Note: Never use Iphone Device b4 (so I have no idea on the camera Quality)
Used S3 before XZL - Quality is also good (8mp)

My Z battery stat was sometime wrong sometime accurate, the phone shut down while i was socializing with it even there still 30% battery life. Sometime it shut down at 14% battery life. When try to on again totally dead and need recharge. My Z always giving a wrong battery percentage. Anyone any idea?

C6502 - Non LTE C6503 - LTE

There was once my Z read my battery wrongly after I flash some firmware.
After reflash with the same firmware, battery % return to normal again.

Read from somewhere this is a bug in battery level reading, caused by Android.
Maybe try reset factory, or even use flashtool to reflash firmware?

can reflash the stock firmware? i thought only can reset if you not rooting your phone.

demo/display set mostly is not latest firmware.. so cant compare.. hmm cannot determine the home launcher smoothness to phone.. i believe almost every 2gb ram phone is smooth.. i can direct snap photo with camera shutter key and capture directly..


ZL camera is good for social sharing, colour produced is good, only white balance in some condition not so accurate.. if compare to htc one, personally feel much better.. for iphone 5, iphone 5 produce a bit less noisy than ZL, but almost similar. Same as my friends S4. (i gave the opinion based on latest firmware in all phone and view in computer).



can reflash stock firmware.. it's something like format PC window. no matter root or unroot, locked/unlocked bootloader..
