The bug I had was erratic auto brightness feature that cause screen to appear flickering. Also occasionally failed to wake phone with one press. These were common in the old 4.2.2 firmware.

I don't know about other phone but my phone is smooth. 4 core snapdragon 600, actually is more than enough to obtain smoothness. The camera indeed open slower than other devices, it is its nature

I haven't seen the OTA for Xperia Z. Could a modified build.prop file stop OTA?

I bought a adaptor to cheat the phone that it is a charger. I bought from ebay, the same adaptors that PSP use to charge from PC.

It is a small piece of USB male to female, internally shorts the data pin to simulate original charger.

DK26 is not magnetic dock. Just dock to slot in the phone

Or find ways to dry/blow off residue water on the speaker.

It is just slightly muffled, not unusable for hours.

Yeah, used it several times. If you got MHL adaptor, just a HDMI TV will do
