Went to the sales gallery today, respond seems good. Most of the units were booked or reserved. Was told that reservation can only hold for 24 hours. I have reserved a unit n will have to surrender by tomorrow.
Anybody bought a unit there? Mind to comment.

this kind of developer at this kind of location sell at 600psf, and this project has been delay for so long time, still got ppl to buy..wow........no eyes see..

Give chansi... Maybe developer did a lot to improvise and also offer a superb package leh..... tongue.gif

My tot. 600psf is too high liao. If willing to pay 600psf, y not take menjalara 18??? Ready occupancy with beta access. Unless klcc view is important. I cant c klcc fr my house. I dun pay 600psf for my house. Hehe.

cant remember all the prices, but for level 8 1090sf is RM700K, Level 13A 1090sf is RM706K, all before 5% discount.

This part of town hard to get tenant paying 3k per month one leah.

With discount, this work out to be 615 PSF. What are their USPs? Abandoned and revived. Near HTC. Floor layout look same same.

I believe most purchaser will go for own stay only, low density and have 12 floors only, I think not difficult for them to sell...

This kind of developer with this kind of design at this kind of location with this this kind of price, really joke of the year.......re lly need to say good luck to the buyers, i cant belive gt ppl will go buy this.....

Time use in jam very depends, buffer in yourself.

Peak hour normally take 30-40mins to reach Jln Kuching/Jln Duta. Hope the road expansion will help up after completion.. rclxms.gif

I heard the company is bought over by a Singapore party. The bosses/shareholders are Singaporean. They involved in developments in Sg that shown in the brochure...

I told the sales person this project macam abandoned before. Then they corrected me. Asked me to check the definition of abandoned with Ministry of Housing and Local Government... So I went to check the list of abandoned projects in KL. Cannot find this project in the record (previously named Villa Fortuna). So I guess is not abandoned la... Some more they told me last time only 1 SPA signed, but the SPA is canceled and money has been returned. So should be okay that no one will come and kacau in future...

That day I went to the sales gallery and ngam ngam met purchaser signed SPA there. Seems not bad... Only 8th floor unit more expensive. Some unit after discount can get 570psf. With that kind of furnishing, I think not too bad la... Checked out the HTC, not very close la... Palazzio and Desa Damansara so high end also very close to the HTC...
