Forget bout tis boss. But I ll suggest u search elsewhere la. Abandoned project with all piling done b4 it resumed. Not sure pillar stil strong boh after more than 10 yrs soaking in rain water.

haha..600psf..then better but 28dutamas..better location, and much more reliable developer..also 600psf..

Went to the sales gallery today, respond seems good. Most of the units were booked or reserved. Was told that reservation can only hold for 24 hours. I have reserved a unit n will have to surrender by tomorrow.
Anybody bought a unit there? Mind to comment.

With discount, this work out to be 615 PSF. What are their USPs? Abandoned and revived. Near HTC. Floor layout look same same.

I heard the company is bought over by a Singapore party. The bosses/shareholders are Singaporean. They involved in developments in Sg that shown in the brochure...

I told the sales person this project macam abandoned before. Then they corrected me. Asked me to check the definition of abandoned with Ministry of Housing and Local Government... So I went to check the list of abandoned projects in KL. Cannot find this project in the record (previously named Villa Fortuna). So I guess is not abandoned la... Some more they told me last time only 1 SPA signed, but the SPA is canceled and money has been returned. So should be okay that no one will come and kacau in future...

That day I went to the sales gallery and ngam ngam met purchaser signed SPA there. Seems not bad... Only 8th floor unit more expensive. Some unit after discount can get 570psf. With that kind of furnishing, I think not too bad la... Checked out the HTC, not very close la... Palazzio and Desa Damansara so high end also very close to the HTC...

No dibs is a gd thg. No really too close to htc. Distance bout the same as icon resi to htc. But vely overpriced. Or maybe ordinary along like me cant c wat the dev c.

588k with no DIBS, assume 3 year construction for interest 6% of SPA Price, your actual price is 624k, / 964 sf = 647psf, for me I will prefer Damansara Foresta with 600psf with DIBS. Just for my cents... ; )
