This is all because of Sony to try collecting some funds. Just like i said before, Yamauchi alredy confirmed to give it for free but Sony always know how to make cash

40 cars is not bad at all. Definitely will save for it. After LAIR, had to stop buying PS3 games temporarily just to save up for this copy. Damn, if only it is free.

GT5 Prologue gets a pricetag and 'GT TV'



Sony Computer Entertainment BeNeLux today announced a estimated price for the Blu-ray Disc-version of Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, which will be released in December. The BD-version will cost you 45 euro's, according to Sony.

Sony emphasized that Gran Turismo 5 Prologue is actually a full game, like Warhawk. With 40 cars, 5 tracks, 1080p graphics, 60 frames per second and a whole new online world for up to 16 people, this game is worth 45 euro's. Sony will also introduce a new feature, called GT TV. Here, you can download tv-shows about cars. These programs will be localised, so England for example will get Top Gear and The Netherlands will get for example Veronica's 'De grote Beurt'.

damn if that is so i think i will skip it and wait for the real full game! 40 cars + 5 track is too expensive for 60 USD! It should at least have the same amount as GT4 to claim that price. If more than that i can consider paying more!

warhawk has less than tat

60 usd for USD WITH 40+ cars is too much. sure online mode is a blast but modern gaming, especially this type of genre is considered standard. even gt3 (which was launched about the same price) had 180+ cars.i hope they include free downloadable cars later to justify the price.
