It's well known that the g2 speaker volume is low. The HTC one has a dedicated audio chip. Anyway there's some software tweak that can increase the g2 volume

Yeap, thats a bit unfortunate for stock users. I already rooted, and used a custom software which has a loud speaker mod. Now when i put the speaker slider at 10 or 20 percent, the volume is like putting it on 80% on stock.

wow.. is it really easy to hack g2? is there something like framaroot that can do the thing?/

i just noticed that when the phone rings, then i picked up, the ringtone just now will sound slow.. any tricks behind?

Yeah, its the settings. By default it will reduce your ring volume when u pick the fon up. It can be turned off, although I forgot where is the settings located.

Not really expert about rooting, i just followed some guides in youtube, and it worked well. after that i just choose one custom software from a few that available in xda. Not that many choices, but thats good enough for me, less headache to choose

I believe you u can disable it in sound setting..
