U do realize international version and korea version is different right ? So u wanna risk a hard brick ?  doh.gif

I do realize the international version and korea version is different in terms of Hardware such as battery removable and memory slots expansions. Other than those extra non-needed bloatware, most of them are the same. If i have money and i am willing to do the risk. biggrin.gif no need facepalm. It's just like macbook using windows os.

QUOTE(willaw @ Nov 5 2013, 06:47 PM)
I did not. For me, it's quite responsive, and I don't really notice any lag.

I felt the slow responsiveness after the installation of many games and apps. >.<

If you do that, you can say bye bye to your phone. It doesn't work that way. Modem drivers are different. Remember the different LTE band and 3G support? There's no FM radio functionality on F320 either.

Maybe it can be done but you will need to root. Once you root, you can't do OTA update anyway, so it defeats the purpose.

It's definitely not like Macbook using Windows OS bro.

thanks for the clarification. biggrin.gif
Still a rookie though. I thought it could just work that way. I didn't thought that it's actually that complicated.

Very good battery life. I started using my phone at 9am, used it throughout the day (take pictures, whatsapp, call, games, youtube, bitstrips, fb and etc) and by 10pm @ 20%. By far the best phone i have used compared to HTC One, Galaxy nexus, HTC One X, Optimus 2X and Xperia S!

I second this. This past weeks I was so dang busy I even forgot to charge my fon.. So when I see my batt level turns 50% , I will go to battery stats, only to find that I used the fon for more than 24 hrs...lol rclxm9.gif

Now Im using a Nillkin screen protector, which doesnt cover the proximity sensor. And every now and then I wont get the KnockON feature to work correctly. Not an issue for me, atleast i can still turn it on by tapping. Aren't we cool? cool2.gif

Anybody who're having their eyes on this fon, please, don't hesitate. Its a really great fon, Kitkat is coming for it, and the dev support for custom software is rapidly growing (if youre the experimental type like me) sweat.gif . I made a huge jump from another platform, and I'm glad I did.

Ordered this casing :
http://www.ebay.com/itm/221281194799?var=5...984.m1497.l2649

I have my Nilkin SP installed. To wake it up, you may need to tap few times but to close, is 100% success double taps. Not sure due to SP though.

International version. D802

Don't need Korean version because don't really install movies and games. Just some music.

for those of you that has the D802 international version: if you open up the back cover, do you see 4 gold pins or contact points above the 2 gold pins/contact points for NFC? I think it's for wireless charging. It looks like we'll also need a back cover that supports wireless charging such as the one shown in this page http://item2.gmarket.co.kr/English/detailv...scode=390883958

Thanks for sharing the link.. Gotta love rubber casings brows.gif

I dont think its 100% due to SP. Maybe we need extra taps to wake it up since the device is deep sleep, maybe the digitizer is in power saving mode or something. Or maybe because of GRAM running so the screen is not refreshed. Just my hunch though.
