Depending on your needs. internation version has got no expansion memory and non -removable battery at (3000mah) while korea set is removable battery at (2610mah with memory expansion)

BTW, has anyone has any idea in regarding of D802, F320S, F320K and F320L?

The differences between these codes?
*
The D802 is the International-Asian version i think found in HK, SG, Indo, Thailand.

All the F are for Korean
F320S - SK Telecom
F320K - Korea Telecom
F320L - U+

sharing my experience on reverting my G2 F320S back to stock firmware as it was unrooted and flashed to a custom Chinese ROM when I got it:
- refer to this link to download the stock firmware and the necessary tools: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2432476
- ran into trouble after reverting to the stock firmware - phone keeps on complaining com.android.phone process has stopped. after a few times, the phone will restart itself
- the key to successful revert to stock is to hard reset the phone after that but it was challenging as the phone keeps on resetting
- supposingly for the korean version, you can also hard reset by pressing the Vol Up + Down + Power button simultaneously and holding them until a korean menu came up with 3 selection and you choose 1 using the up down button at the back. It's all in Korean and Google Translate doesn't help, but none of those 3 selection works
- managed to prevent the phone from restarting by switching it to airplane mode but the same error message appears
- managed to get the phone into English mode and did factory reset.

After that did OTA software update from 10M to 11C (~80MB). Can also update using LG PC Suite but doesn't seem to be able to download the update.

Happy camper now with tons of Korean apps, some doesn't work without the SK Telecom uSIM card.

Also got Q-voice (voice command i think, haven't tried it out yet)

And most importantly wifi storage is now working (previously it always crashed on that custom chinese ROM). With Wifi storage, your phone behaves like a network drive biggrin.gif

Cool. Thanks for this. Since now you're on stock, I'm wondering:

1. How's the battery life on stock?

2. Does USSD work?

3. Do you have notifications asking you to join network? (Even though you're already connected).

Also just to clarify, in order to go back to stock, after flashing to stock ROM, change language to English, and then factory reset?

Cheers! smile.gif
*
1. Can't tell the difference in battery life. Seems like just as good
2. Tell me the USSD code for celcom postpaid and I'll test for you
3. No notification to join network. If you are using the Korean set remember to remove the IP address and port number of the apn

The flash tool also allow you to restore the stock ROM in English. And once done remember to factory reset. Good thing about stock ROM is update notification.

The Q Voice app is in Korean only. Still can't get the LG On Screen Phone to work.

Typed all these on my G2

Thanks for the prompt reply. Wouldn't it be so weird that the phone is in Chinese rom instead of Korea Stock Rom? HOw does it feel when you first use the phone/unbox the phone? Is it like a new set phone or the phone is actually a used set?
*
The phone transitted in China before coming here. Reason given was cheaper to ship that way. I guess that's where the distribution hub is. The seller said he thought I'm Chinese so he asked the partner in China to flashed it to a custom Chinese ROM. The custom ROM is good in a sense that the navi bar is half the standard height so you get more display real estate. The battery percentage is also shown within the battery indicator itself, not separately. Unfortunately wireless storage wasn't working and of course all the Korean apps like DMB TV is gone.

The box is opened, and the phone serial number and IMEI doesn't match the box. Other than that everything else is in order. Phone feels new, display screen protector still on and all the plastic covers are there. Only thing missing was the manual. Seller said it's common for them to open the box to check whether the phone is working before shipping to Malaysia

root and custom ROM won't solve that SMS issue as i still faced that with the Chinese ROM. Basically anything over 160 characters will be sent as MMS. Simpler solution would be to use apps like GoSMSPro. BTW with the Custom ROM you can't get OTA anymore. There's no option in the phone to check for software update and LG PC Suite doesn't allow software upgrade, at least on that Chinese ROM that I had

This is not true. I can confirm that it has front LED notification light. Red while charging, green if you have notifications, KnockOn will emit white light.
*
oic, if that's the case just make sure that the casing has an opening for it cause the casing that i've seen so far doesn't have it

flip case, like the original Quick Window case. usually it has an opening for the earpiece at the front upper part of the phone. just make sure there's an opening next to that as well for the LED notification light

for those of you that has the D802 international version: if you open up the back cover, do you see 4 gold pins or contact points above the 2 gold pins/contact points for NFC? I think it's for wireless charging. It looks like we'll also need a back cover that supports wireless charging such as the one shown in this page http://item2.gmarket.co.kr/English/detailv...scode=390883958

Interesting.. i have been googling about the wireless charging and the results only shown the verizon version from us has this features. The accessories they selling in the website look attractive to me as well..
*
my guess is the only difference between the verizon version and other version is in the back cover, whereby the verizon back cover supports wireless charging
