I don't think they'll give points after they leave your town.. that's what happened when I let Penelope go. She gave me one before leaving, and when I checked (after she left), the HHA points went down. I could be wrong.. but, yeah..

Yup, tested it. After adding and removing villager's pic doesn't make lot of different.
Sad though, before this was sure got almost 4000~5000 point from it..
