Hi guys. I just bought a 2DS recently.
Mainly because my friend is very convincing about Pokemon XY. I've been eyeing on Animal Crossing: New Leaf even before I considered buying DS. I haven't done any in depth research on this game yet. The only review I read was about how its' a perfect game for couples in a long distance relationship. I personally will buy this game once I saved up enough cash. However, I'm considering buying a 2DS and this game for my girlfriend who's studying overseas (Europe). Any opinions or suggestions from you guys will be deeply appreciated. <3 EDIT:* I forgot to thank you guys in advance* THANK YOU EDIT 2:* My girlfriend's gaming experience is close to 0 when it comes to handheld. She's only familiar with Pokemon( on PC [sorry, she bought some CD from Petaling Streeet], however she's a big fan of The Sims. I figure Animal Crossing is the closest the list of games from 3/2DS to Sims. Since I recently bought a 2DS, do you guys recommend me buying Animal Crossing: New Leaf for me and my girlfriend ? QUOTE(Hoyo17 @ Nov 24 2013, 05:30 AM) Hi guys. I just bought a 2DS recently. Awww! That's cute! It'll be nice to see couples playing ACNL. The two of you will be able to help each other out.. (-^^-) I can imagine the two of you watching Meteor Showers together, visit the island together and just have fun in your little towns.. The controls aren't too difficult. I'm sure once your girlfriend is familiar with the controls, everything will be fine. And yeah, it's almost like The Sims. In the sense that you can customize how you want your character to look, how do you want your house to look (both interior and exterior), and many more! ^^Mainly because my friend is very convincing about Pokemon XY. I've been eyeing on Animal Crossing: New Leaf even before I considered buying DS. I haven't done any in depth research on this game yet. The only review I read was about how its' a perfect game for couples in a long distance relationship. I personally will buy this game once I saved up enough cash. But yeah, ACNL is very different from normal games out there. It's a very casual game. You can stop playing it for a while and come back to it again. This is good if you're someone who prefers to play the game bit by bit, or if you're busy with work and stuff. In short, this game is really one of a kind. I will definitely recommend you getting them. |

QUOTE(jfarm86 @ Nov 27 2013, 04:36 PM) Same la, also coming back lolI stopped playing Pokemon long ago already lol! I don't see why I should stick around in it that long, not really what I like, since it's the same game as always. Becomes boring over time. Yearly would come back but playing at a max of 1 and a half month for it every year is my maximum limit lol! If not very boring.. Unlike AC which is a different story. I actually cleaned everything up last week and my beloved Maple left me Also I kicked a few neighbour out as well like Greta and Friga. |
