so far I am interested on neptune pine, galaxy gear and qualcomm toq
but normally neptune pine and qualcomm toq didn't officially sell in Malaysia ...

I kinda like pebble and sony, I don't think my gf would want to answer call with the watch, just simple usage.

actually a watch didn't have water resistant totally no point buying at all

I backed the Omate smartwatch and intend to use it as a companion (BT paired with my smartphone).

And I managed to get the Early Bird price of $179 + $15 Shipping + $20 upgrade 512MB ram to 1GB.

So far the creator really consistently communicates with the backers and releasing consistent updates. The comment page itself has over 4000 comments! Most I have seen so far.

Thanks Jerm for leading me to this thread, any questions regarding the Omate can ask me or Jerm.

The community is very healthy, they even start discussing about developing plans via XDA forums, and a few of them created a very comprehensive Wiki page so help new backers to search for answers since there are too many comments to view. (Link at the bottom)

i backed the $199 dev(oct) ver with 1gb ram upgrade, 1 keychain, 1 extra charger cable.

wonder if i'll regret not getting the 8gb ver or not.
