I was also looking into this type of unit a long time ago, but found the price really high at RM 1 mil onwards, even after the 5% rebates.

The sales staff stationed at the sales gallery at Ara Damansara (when I visited 3 years ago) pointed out that this unit layout is targeting those who come from landed houses but prefer the extra security.

As for whether there's a similar concept in other projects based in the Klang Valley and KL, not as far as I know of.

Hahaa, yea it's a very practical and convenient concept.

I just did some research. Seem like Cantara @ Ara Damansara has this similar concept too, but its fully sold as its gonna VP real soon. Too bad!

Its mean that developer have holding power which is good so that will not sell the property in low price

yes for 3 rooms.

Ya even now end of June 2021, they still have developer units. Rental for a 3 bedroom seems to be in the low RM1800/month. Negative cash flow project.

What's really interesting is the old F&N plant land at the very corner at the X junction. Beside BMW. My guess is that its big enuf to prepare for a luxary township in the near future. That would be the future competitor
