Hi guys,

Anyone using FXCM trading station? I tried to use FxPro with the cTrader desktop application but most of the time the trading session is in "Inactive" status. I signed in using demo account..something to do with that?

If i use FXCM with demo account, then the trading session is open and i can put my transaction through it.

Understand that a lot of users here are using fxpro, might to share?

AUDUSD going downtrend now

Haih morale so down now.. After gaining 50% of my capital after 2 weeks trading, now all gone just because of the audusd last Friday..    

I set a sell stop that day, can't believe it triggered it and went rocket up, if I set the sell stop just 2 pips away, would've avoided it. I didn't go all in, it's together with today's one as well, thought its coming down, when it came down, I short it again, and it went back up.
Didn't mc, but back to where I started when I open my acc 2 weeks ago..

Well, it doesnt really matter if they are Market makers anot. The important thing is they have enough funds and capital to support their market making activities. All of these internationally recognized brokers have enough funds backing them to market make for the clients; with that being said, they will also employ professional risk managers to oversee their Market making activities.

Btw, if there is really a true real 100% stp broker, the client's will be able to trace the orders to the liquidity provider (Interbank participants - Citi, goldman, UBS etc etc)

if US really strike syria, oil price will up. Last week israel test a missile, people thought strike is starting, oil price once spike up.

But yesterday, obama said if syria surrender their chemical weapon, he will "absolutely" hold off the strike. Russia, a syria ally now trying to persuade syria to give their chemical weapon to international community and destroy later. Obama said he have no confidence the strike will be approve by the congress, seem like less chances the strike will happen.
