The truth is, many SemiD units are selling about 500k in Taman TTS, which is about 1km away from CG! (prove:Post #1462)

Neo gor, I also hope CG can be success in Semenyih woh, overall more development within Semenyih, more advanced Semenyih can go. Let's forget about the SKL post and concentrate on CG ya.

One question, will CG open a road to connect Jalan Sungai Lalang? If can, it may somehow attract some people from the Sri Haneco industrial park woh...

Nevertheless, if someone keep on giving some misleading, twisted and not credential information, it is indeed very annoying and frustrating.

This is a free blog and of course everyone can blow whatever water they want. However, if already provided some inaccurate information and got people pointing out, just admit it and amend accordingly. No point keep on twisted here and there and blaming other people instead.

Overall, i presume most of the people here is intend to get more updated info and have some fruitful discussion about a certain project, and chui chui shui to have a more enjoyable experience.

First, show us proof you are the buyer, because I am fed up with a lot of your SKL post.

Second, dun care whether you are a buyer or even you are the boss of CG, also don't have right to block me leave my post here. This is lyn, not CG, it is not belong to you or me neither.

1.) It will divert some traffic for sure, but since it directed to highway, it depends on people whether they willing to pay the Lekas toll. I presume people only will use it during the peak period.

2.) Most of the commercial activity such as bank still in Semenyih town (around Semenyih sentral), so whether want or don't want, people will still need come to town. So it will somehow affect the traffic.

3.) I presume the cars from the south side such as Pelangi Semenyih, Pelangi Semenyih 2, Beranang will be using Lekas link. So definitely it will ease the traffic to Semenyih town. Semenyih town is already very congested, as they are so many taman along the Semenyih town, either from Sunway Semenyih, Jalan Sungai Lalang, or even from broga.. The traffic of these taman already make semenyih town so congested even before the establishment of Pelangi Semenyih.


Anyhow, one year after SEH VP later, interchange of EM will open, it will again ease some traffic from Beranang area and vicinity...
