Yes!  Someone mentioned that the signage of ecohill at the entrance looks nice,  but diamond residence's entrance has the main lake of the semenyih lake garden.  Which one is more valuable?  A signage or a lake?

Sam gor,  by no means I want to press down other project. If you see my earlier post I said  all 3 projects (seh, cg, ekm) added value to semenyih. 

The lake might  not be natural lake but  it's definitely the nature. What I said is just food for thought.

I've invested in cg,  which means I've invested in semenyih,  if only cg does well alone the town wouldn't do well. So I hope the whole town will do super well in the future.

Places with Good feng shui doesn't necessary mean it should be developed.  Every dragon has its time to wake up. We are very lucky that we found good feng shui place before it  is developed. Once it is developed it will not be so affordable .

Those who took the opportunity,  you might have found your dream house here or will make a fortune investing, or totally the opposite,  but when you look back on the future , at least you wouldn't  say, shoot... I missed it,  AGAIN!
