Yeah, I totally agree with you. As a matter of fact, there are many people condamn about Semenyih property and claim it is too far away from the KL metropolitan, toll, petrol are expensive blah blah blah... but they forget people will tend to get used to it, as they can have a decent landed property with quality living lifestyle, rather being confined in a small compartment that is always polluted with crowd and traffic congestion. What's in your mind I presume is same as other buyers for various housing project in Semenyih too. They also don't mind it's a bit far from the city center too.. That's why the success of Semenyih is depending on every piece of development in vicinity. In fact all the developments now currently progress in Semenyih suppose to support each other to achieve the success of Semenyih in township establishment.
Do not condamn other project in vicinity, rather treat them as competitors, better treat them as the comrade to bring the prosper to Semenyih. If other project within vicinity can fell, doesn't mean your project can success alone too..
