most of my time >7mbps... 99% .... never get 1mbps before

before the implementation of 4gb , i hit 20mbps all the time

my place maxis also get slower since nov .. even thought show H+ , the speed only like less than 1mb to 2mb..before used to get above 3mb... i complained before, maxis cs only ask me to stated all details like location, times happen, what happen etc etc so that they can check.. not only in my place..my sis in other town also face speed drop ... i tested my surfmore line also the same..

Maxis speed is unstable in many places starting last few weeks.
I guess maxis either oversell their plans until congested, or they are re-allocating the bandwidth for LTE. Maybe both are the reason too.

me here started holiday season become unstable too...

only night time after 10pm get back the smooth speed.

If your Biz68 is ayam then pandai pandai lah use your sister legit Broadband plan to complaint

Meanwhile this is Celcom Portawifi if you guys are curious. 5GB plan

i thought only me suffered slow connection, less than 1mbps and connection always drop, disconnected...its already a week now

nkdy : Complaint instruction is on the first page. <1Mbit is ridiculous

portawifi? is it postpaid or prepaid, where can i get 1? what happen when reach quot?

I am only use my personal plan to complain. If use Biz, they will shoot you back more than helping you. Saying you are out of quota lah, and blah blah blah.
Everytime i use my personal plan, they see i still have quota, and diam already.

I found their Twitter staff is a lot more helpful compared to their call center.

My sim card cant surf at all at night..already file them a skmm complain then maxis cs call me and promise speed will be exceed few mbps...But last night happen again..Ping 46 but totally cant run speedtest..after 11pm speed back to normal

oh my god , again my maxis broadband only only 0.2 and unstable and dropping.....
Maxis what wrong is it ? upgrading or downgrading or secretly or undergrounding ???

i tired... i have suffering since few month back..... forcing me to give up ???
may be i am NOT value customer to Maxis.

Can I reconfirm again, will requesting a public IP cause any reduction in 30GB quota or affecting the speed?
