Maxis keparat user here.

is Maxis problem or my sim problem if i'm not able to connect to 4G network ?

already try on two devices which is Huawei E392 and Mifi ZTE MF93D.

First thing first, all were setting auto then i can only get the highest WCDMA/3G network.

Then try manually search network, i was able to detect 4G band but unable to register/connect to it.

Most probably is an old sim card. Call maxis broadband customer support to confirm.

already using latest sim ..

New location probably equipment still under testing, give Maxis a call if you desperately need LTE

This same happen to me as well ..
My house is under coverage and 500m away from maxis center where do have LTE but I not able to connect to LTE .. I do call to center to verify .. They told me "if can't connect meaning not ready .. U need to wait ." The coverage in website is serve as future expansion as well .

Now (present) did u able to connect to LTE ?

but what worrying me is i've got member (same area) who use ipad air and claimed he can connect to LTE.

So had unlimited talk time with my sub line....

Does the sub line can had other data plan?

u wont enjoy unlimited talk time with ur principal ....

15hours voice call and 1500SMS between family lines

biz68 wont enjoy unlimited talk time with supp line....livechat with maxis to get more info

better register under same company then can enjoy 38hrs free talk time.
no need sub line

cant connect now also...
even just opposite 1 shop row also cannot detect the LTE signal..
I bet they not even deploy yet.. I only can connect to LTE when I at maxis center in seberang jaya

since now capped speed to 7 mbps, so mifi with up to 42 mbps is useless right?

That not right...
at least with DC modem can gurantee ur speed higher than single channel...
Some time single can get 3mbps ..at same time with DC u can higher than that as it running at dual channel

btw, yesterday I received a msg told me exceed 4 gb quota, today I cannot connect to 3G at all,(usually can connect), exceed quota should be capped at 7 mbps right? what can i do now?

restart modem or your phone..
try at other location..
use other modem/phone or other ppl sim card to try at same location..
if still cannot..that is..i have this once before when I get cap on my biz.
but u will get connect back after certain period...
