unstable this month after the 'upgrade'. keep changing the network type from HSDPA+-->GPRS-->HSDPA --> HSDPA+ all over again (modem led keep changing color from green, blue to purple and sometime red = no network) in my place. and disconnected in every 20-30 minutes as well.

Force your modem to 3G ONLY or WCDMA ONLY

I suggest use E398u-15 with dual TS9 antenna 10dpi gain, signal will back to normal.

Can this package having Sub line?

speedtest wont determine ur line is 24/7 stable @ 6-7mbps
normal surfing not even need 1mbps...
try use direct download a larger file...see is it stable
if you premium service, download with download manager, you will experience line drop within 30-45min
torrenting wont see this effect as torrent will go back up again.. but direct download will dc once line drop to edge..

according to what i know, they ask for letter/ relevant documents maybe.

you can have sub line but u cant enjoy main line benefit..
then why u still need sub line...just go for normal main line...

tested with direct download for the whole month... the smallest file i downloaded is 300mb to 20gb .... for my 20gb file , use around 7hours to get it done.... not sure if its constant 7mbps , but average speed 6-7mbps ...LOL

i can have good speed with DC , hspa+ but cant hold long , about 1 minute , will drop back to only 0.3 mps ,
or edge or gprs... , you may do to restart the modem , but problem come again...,
how may time you can do this action restart....for a day.

i with other telco... hardly to redo the restart , even the speed is about 1mps,
is so stable.

My question , whether is Mxx giving us a special treatment ( drive you up and down )
or Mxx line born to be like that.

or due to upgrading to LTE or other ... cause problem ? how long to wait ???

like redo a road expansion, born to make congestion more worst , but i can bear for future better speed,

question is Road , we can view it , Broadband line what telco did ON , is invisible ?????


if keeping like this , even paying RM6.8 but to do restart N time per day , i have no time lah...

with this you wont experience line drop... try single line and see

yes about one month and more , i will try other places...

during the peak hour , is worst some more , even modem connected But NO internet line ,ping can go for 3xxx..

i confirm my hardware is in GOOD , tested with 3 other telco all running perfect , never restart it within a day.
