QUOTE(xxboxx @ May 29 2006, 07:08 PM) since MS never license the console and games in malaysia, doesn't that mean they cannot take any action what you do with the console and games? maybe but look at the situation with Blizzard, Vivendi and EA games, there are 3rd parties here holding the commercial usage rights to their titles.

In Korea, besides PC-bang (PC room, or as we call it, cyber cafes), PS2-bang and xbox-bang are very popular and are dedicated console gaming centres with large screen LCDs, smoke-free environment, nice comfty sofas, and fully equipped with mock-up racing cockpits, force feedback wheels, guns, swords, eye-toys, and every other imaginable peripheral. They provide memory cards (belongs to centre) and as a registered member they will assign you with your own memory card which u cannot take it out of the centre.
If I remember correctly, it cost about KRW2,000 per hour (that's about RM6.50 currently).
