QUOTE(guy3288 @ Nov 5 2013, 09:12 PM) i dont understand what you mean. For me if i want to buy RM1000, and no 1000units avaialable, and the teller manage to buy RM800 for me, i would be very happy to accept. i agree with ronnie that ASNB should change the system to sell whatever units available to the buyer rather than the eaxact amount "ordered" then the teller need to key in only 1 time for each buyer, save energy and time. If I want to top up in multiple of RM200, I will go for RM200/RM400/RM600 n so on..... Lets say I want RM200 n systems automatically match lower amount (eg RM150), this will go against my wish

Wondering whether banks like Maybank, CIMB get any commission from selling these ASX. Or just doing their national duty to service the govt?
If there is no commission for these transactions, I can then see why the staff there are not that keen in servicing you to get more units. Or a case of the bank gets the commission and not the staff, so why bother. My apology to some of the hard working bank staff for my false speculation. Ha.
Anyone out there with ASN 3? Thinking of venturing into this.
Cheerio.

After updating the deposit slip, she told me the deposit slip printed only rm100. I was shock, how can it happen The staff apologized to me & return balance money. I didn't ask & just walked away because I was rushing for other matters.

QUOTE(smsbusiness2u @ Nov 7 2013, 01:35 PM) u should practice to wait the voucher printed before hand over the money to her. I don't think the staff would allow it. Normally when successful, the staff ask the money first then only printed the deposit slip & update the passbook (they worried I runway with the passbook without paying )
