what you mean PART II? better/improve?... well it explain when ddr ram is single, the performance drop and not utilize the double data rate... but i hear AMD APU only cpu that fully support 1866Mhz ram... so performance ram built for AMD apu but sadly... i cannot justified my words..
why does my F3 button didn't work? I tried entering F3 recovery and failed. Can anyone provide me with the software for this shortcut?
your F3 recovery would not be work because you are running on your SSD, not on your original harddrive and for your touchpad issue, do you connecting any mouse into your laptop right now?
may i know who is MSI authorize dealer on LYN ? alot saleman on here claim they are authorize dealer... lolz x why when i have BSOD MSI service center Batu Pahat wanted to charge me? Why MSI service center low yat plaza(2nd floor) say they do not provide upgrade service...?? x will upgrade in MSI service center +service charge price???

That sounds fair enough. Though like I said, if MSI Malaysia is able to give official permission (with all the "proper" terms and conditions, of course) to do user upgrades, you'll REALLY be popular with us gamers.
But, as long as I have the knowledge that the SC doesn't simply refuse service due to a broken "void" seal (well, the authorised dealer will have to break that seal themselves when they add RAM, like my shop did, right?) and will treat each claim FAIRLY on a case by case basis, than it's all good with me.

Please notify your superiors that us gamers will LOVE your brand (and recommend it to everyone we know) if we are given OFFICIAL permission to upgrade the RAM/Storage on our own without voiding the warranty. In turn, we will honor our side of the bargain by making sure NOTHING ELSE is disturbed in the process.
Also, the RAM/Storage upgrades that we do is in no way the responsibility of MSI. If the RAM/Storage device that we add in breaks, we will be solely responsible for it's repair/replacement.
Consequently, if someone unskilled tries to upgrade their RAM and ends up poking a screwdriver clean through their graphics chip, than we can definitely accept it when MSI says that he/she voided his warranty.
We are asking this because we have been given conflicting information from multiple correspondences with MSI itself, which is NOT good.
