hi guys, planning to get GE60 20C-093MY. Is there any issue/problem that i should be aware of? And by the way does this model has a mSATA slot? Coz i saw some forum said it has, but the specification didn't show
*

Them Ballistix came in yet? Faster faster review.

And you should stock SSDs from Crucial too, maybe even Plextor. Later we can go upgrade at our "favourite" authorised dealer lol.

BTW, your lobster picture is REALLY making me hungry darnit.

I sell alot of crucial stuff ma

i got many crucial stuff here lo. Performance ram, value ram, ssd, msata etc. I like to use Crucial pretty much as it never gave me trouble

GT70 different la

No doubt the APU pulled down the overall gaming experience on GX series. sad...
but anyhow, by changing the ram, it does help alot in performance of the Processor

This is interesting...i thought the 1866mhz ram would affect the 8650G performance more and not so much on 7970m/8970m...

How much is the 8gb 1866mhz CL9?
*
Our price for Either Corsair or GSKILL at RM288

finally got some time to lepak this zone for a while.

moving shop is suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuch a tiring work. sweat.gif

btw,

for little brother of GS, i think you all refer to GS60. IMO, i think MSI malaysia has no intention to bring it into Malaysia.

Meanwhile new batch of GS70 is coming with 1TB 7200rpm harddisk, but price is higher

No intention to bring in? But why? It will sell like hotcakes!!! I can EASILY convince people to buy it (because the GS70 is actually too big for most people).

Sigh. Thankfully I already have my GE40 - and I don't have to go rush out and sell it later if the GS60 really ISN'T coming in.

@Unseen: MSI ACTUALLY has a feature called "NOS" on the GT60/70 IINM - which is for me just a clever way of hiding the fact that it uses more power than just the AC adapter alone can provide. Can't blame them for being creative though.
*
i think they affraid of tapping of other product line? i not too sure

for MSI NOS, it's basically just overclock the the gpu smile.gif

This sucks, guess I've to look for other laptop then.

I think I'll hold my purchase coz next gen GPU is around the corner, no point to pay high price and will be "obsoleted" soon.
*
The "obsole" thingy wont happen at least for half year. So if you have the patient to wait for it, why dont? biggrin.gif

Personally I'm a bit underwhelmed by the BF4 Beta. Sure, it's just a beta, but it really feels like more of the same thing - made even MORE arcadey now to cater to the COD crowd. Ugh.

The crashing tower is nice, but Shanghai's too much of a snipe fest really.

Saving up my money for Titanfall and Watch Dogs. Maybe Ghost if it turns out good, but for now my manshooty desires are sated with the vastness of ARMA 3 and its mods - shitcrap AI and bugs aside.

Maybe I should make a few manshooty missions of my own, but I’m enjoying the Dynamic Mission mods too much to bother.

The Dynamic Missions are kinda like a rough FC3 with serious military Sim elements. Almost makes you forget how your AI teammates can't even follow you in tanks (or even on foot) without getting stuck in something 80% of the time.

+1 for Titanfall rclxms.gif

p/s: i am slowly building a much smaller size figure of "Jack" hope the complete product wont too ugly
