Thanks for the good analysis...Illegear shop in KL? I in Kedah...This MSI or Illegear got service center nation wide? I might work in Sabah or Sarawak later... blush.gif

The PC shop boss I used to buy things here said Lenovo Y510p with SLI is a crap... rclxub.gif

well not really crap, i would say its worth with that price, performance on par with GTX770m but still in some high end game like crysis 3 GTX770m still beat the crap out of it. Heat issue yes, another issue, then driver and micro stuttering. Not to mention lenovo Y510p had history of motherboard died within 2 weeks as well as battery stop charging at 60% after battery calibration. All u have to send back to change new motherboard. Haha, i used to consider Y510p also, but then that time malaysia no stock, then after discovering so many problem, end up with MSI. Now i'm totally happy with it(MSI GE40) although just a GTX760m(well it'll be outdated soon enough with the speed of technology nowadays but i only need it til end of this academic year, then after that back to desktop building xD)

lol for me, never a fan of multi GPU, be it SLI or CF...  shakehead.gif

the performance gain is too inconsistent, which varies between 0% (ie no gain at all) and 80% (well optimized scenario)... u re pretty much paying double the price but u dun get double the performance while while consuming more than double power ...

hahaha true that. Thats one factor also. Driver itself can kill u already xD. Got a fren keep boosting about his SLI against my GTX760m lol. Like i care tongue.gif
