I just bought myself a Gp60 yesterday, so the warranty period where can check? Or I need to register product only got the warranty ?

It does not come with steel series keyboard and no backlight, but i use it to game just fine. Overall GE40 the build is quite good. Light weight(1.9kg with battery), long battery life(i used up to 6 hour with wifi on, browsing and constant downloading and still left with 20%). The screen wise, i would say its only an average screen, for me, i use it for movies and gaming and its more than enough(i don do photo editing which needs good screen). Heat wise, i'm still using stock thermal paste, even after prolong gaming, the temperature barely touch 90 degree in room temperature and a CM cooler. After prolong gaming the palm rest can get a bit warm.

Although Alienware not bad but too bulky for me.....

GE60 20D also got backlit keyboard?? I thought dun have?

Anyhow, where is the best place that I can see all this display unit available?? Must feel 1st before decide to buy it....

wan to ask... does MSI have extending warranty like other company? some seller said got but some said no...

Awhh man......I generally dislike coolers cause of it's noise. But that's many years back, I didn't check the newer coolers lately. Any feedback on the fan noise?

BTW is GE40 Dragon Eyes some sorta limited edition stuff? Cause I don't see it in Malaysia MSI's website, not even the GE40 series.

Please spill some information here Apparently the GS70 that I want to buy is out of stock. But I heard GS70 is not refreshed yet though

I hope MSI comes up with new 14", one without optical drive and please don't misrepresent the "options". Advertised responsibly. Currently, talked about mSata RAID, but got * and fine print. When go to shop, almost impossible to get. Also, please don't penalise customer who want to upgrade by charging RM85 simply to replace warranty sticker.

I like d specs but my next lappy will not be MSI if continue to misrepresent specs in advert & squeeze  customers who upgrade.
