Agree with the clean record getting loan. I'm talking about, slightly messy record will get crazy sum of larger/more than affordable loan with better rates. 1 can setup a bank to trick them to give lower interest rate. 1 can also service their monthly installment by changing the amount, to trick the system to calculate wrong interest every month to shorten the payment tenure. I'm not talking about pay more, just split the payment on certain timing to make the interest go crazy

On the side note, you got the idea entirely right. That's how the banks dragged people into grave. Balance transfer with super discount deal. I've seen minimum RM4000 balance transfer, for 12 months installment at 8%, discounted Galaxy phone at RMxxx, installment package available Tibai already in 4k debt, sumore put a trap there to make the balance transfer even worst
