speaking about battery.
kalau car got VS installed need to be very careful.
The car almost got no symptom when the battery kong or low battery as the VS compensated to it.

guys i want to ask..

i own a saga BLM se 2010 (mileage 74k). recently i went to kedai tayar to do balancing as the car is shaking badly above 100kph. he said the tyre wear is uneven that's why it shake so much (currently using CC5 for 40k km already, a bit botak) and is caused by the rear absorber. he recommend me to change the rear absorber to d2 brand. forgot already how much he quote me but not that expensive.. but is it really because of the absorber? i don't want to get conned.. also anyone here used d2 absorber before?

Then u should get reading voltage meter, just plug in at smoke plug~~~and always check whether the battery is well condition or no~~~

how accurate is the reading from smoke plug?

if take directly from battery also, VS also will affect the reading right?

@TitanRev how to remove the wings at front grill. want to do light you also. no wing. maybe increased airflow

There is no fix interval when to change. Use til worn ma change lor.

You need to remove the whole front bumper. Then you will have access to the back of the grill. Everything is removable using a screw driver. After that you need to keep the original screw the big ones that is originally locking the silver lining that goes across the emblem if I remember...go to any ACC shop and buy the wire mesh metal one then cut the shape 1st but before you cut do measure the grill opening. There's a plastic support that you need to cut away with a saw that which is already molded onto the bumper one...

the VS sure will affect the reading, but u can see the reading whether the battery is good condition or no, it has certain range...somehow u can know that the car battery wont suddenly die~BTW, I want to mention is if u using the correct or suitable VS, ur car battery will not die so fast~And I tried can use at least 3 years and above~~~

It will be off 1%+/- accurate if frm the cigarette plug. Most accurate still direct frm battery. Advice to check 2-3 regularly. VS still will affect a bit but not much, so if u had a VS it will prolong slightly longer battery life depend ur car usage.

because the VS is in parallel with the battery, thats why I thought if we measure from the battery we might measure the voltage of the VS, right?

mostly yes, mostly i will tap on the battery head instead of vs if i wana check the correct reading. but mostly those volt metre can let u know wats the voltage ur car currently is also a good way to notice its ur alternator is charging or not... IINM

let say if ur car battery is unhealthy, actually the VS is try to support ur voltage, and u also can fount out that ur voltage is drop...then u should be know...and i also tried the broke car battery and parallel with VS, found out that the VS is charging to car battery, but the voltage drop at 11V when engine din start~
