How are you gonna dodge it if its a hero targeted spell? Same applies to PA dagger, Dazzle poison touch and even Sven storm bolt. Havent tried it yet but that is what I understand behind the word dodgeable... Its like venoms poison where you can walk left or right and dodge it... I know spirit lance can be avoided before the patch with pucks rift.
You dodge them with blink dagger or going invi(not sure on this) like how you'd dodge any other projectile-based skill/attack. Force staff doesn't disjoint projectiles though.
Puck's rift makes puck invulnerable like how Morphling is invulnerable during wave form and Storm Spirit during Ball Lightning. Anything can be avoided when you're invulnerable

not really clear about the tango sharing, do support can only pump 1 tango at a time or what?
1 tango takes 1 slot, and only lasts 60 seconds or has a 60 second cooldown, forgot.
this new patch really makes it sound like it encourages more dual laning rather than trilanes, especially offlaners having a much easier time now with neutrals giving out exp to them even if it's not their kill, creeps meeting closer to their tower(405 ms starting creeps at the safelane ftw)
the pull camp switched places with the small camp means that you can't just regularly stack and pull and the whole creep wave is denied any longer, you have to double pull or even triple pull for the radiant to deny your creep wave completely

want ask the when ball lightning , do pugna's ward deal damage on it?
If you ball lightning within range of pugna's ward, only the initial mana cost used will deal damage, pugna's wards deal damage the moment you use a skill and there's a small delay before SS or Morphling becomes invulnerable
because i see ward keep zapping storm spirit when he use that skill travel in.
it does zap him because he's still constantly using mana during ball lightning, but because he's invulnerable during ball lightning he doesn't take any damage, it makes a hell lot of noise though
I bought it on Axe (accidentally) lol, not bad for jungling. After you clear a stacked camps, wait for it to heal (go poke into the lanes and spam W) then go back jungling
Plus the +armor at the start is good. stout, tango and ring..
I'm still a little doubtful for tranquils on junglers since it can't be disassembled anymore.
dont know that boot actually i like it for cm when roaming around... XD
it's only great for heroes that are pretty gold independent(ward b****es) that can roam effectively

I'm pretty sure it's because the slow is now stackable and works on range heroes. Does sacrifice give Lich exp? I haven't used him yet but dayum the new Axe is so funny. The culling blade spams make him super mana hungry though.
Sacrifice will give exp to ALL Heroes within a radius - even enemy heroes, divided equally I assume.
From the changelog:
- Sacrifice no longer denies enemy XP - Sacrifice now converts your own creep for XP (shared in AoE as normal creep xp bounty)
for axe, there's no cd for his ult with a scepter right? or is it 6 secs only?
I wasn't sure if it meant towards lich and his team as well or not since I haven't touched him yet but that's an exp advantage the enemy won't get and it'll help lich level up faster.
there's still the 6 second cd with scepter but if you kill a hero with culling blade it has 0 second cd(even without scepter), it's so funny to just keep chopping people.
