Wow, 120 votes tallied and not even 1 subsale above 1 million. For those buying 700k - 900k properties and hoping to flip it above 1 mil a few years later, good luck to you.

Not only that, in general, people prefer to buy from developer due to easy entry with discount or DIBS. Not to say impossible, subsale will definately be harder these days. I would say 9 out of my 10 friends bought their properties new from developer these few years. Some are for investment while some are for owner occupy. Hopefully, can find someone to rent my place once my units are completed. |

Bought 1 unit new property (RM500K-RM1.0mil) after considering my own budget.
Not many choices but managed to chose a reputable developer and location as top priority. |

Thanks God!. Thanks for all the buying...or else all my units become losing money.

I think the poll
No-the price too high will drop soon.... doesnt mean that we dont buy because thinking price will drop, just means we have no intention of buying because no bullets yet. or put another option for us clicking that. I didnt vote because of this. |

just purchased a new ds below 500k this year , I think it's ok within my budget . Most of my friend said better wait till off peak , but when the time has come , bank wouldn't approve loan easily ady . Just my 2cents .
