So far, lots of debates have been conducted whether the property sector is near to a bubble as price is near all time high. This poll is conducted to understand the demand of properties in 2013 and hopefully as a guidance for all those who are contemplating to purchase their next property. Pls avoid unnecessary debate on the direction of the property sector. If you want, just state the additional information on the property you have purchased. Pls only vote based on S&P signed and executed.

Despite all the talk on property bubble, more than 80% of the forumers had purchased a property in 2013. Notably, lots of transactions on new properties worth more than 500k.

Never believe any polling result in lowyat property forum. To easy to manipulate it. Sampling size too small.

Wow, 120 votes tallied and not even 1 subsale above 1 million. For those buying 700k - 900k properties and hoping to flip it above 1 mil a few years later, good luck to you.

I think the poll

No-the price too high will drop soon....

doesnt mean that we dont buy because thinking price will drop, just means we have no intention of buying because no bullets yet.

or put another option for us clicking that. I didnt vote because of this.

You can vote that. I don't think can change poll's option. The option "No" pretty much covers everything. Almost everyone who are in property forums have some intention to buy properties or already have one. But, price is holding them back. If you don't have enough bullets right now, it means you can afford it at this moment and it is too expensive. Some may think that property market is now stagnant and there is no urgency to buy. From this poll, about 100 people who surfs this channel has bought at least 1 property in 2013. Assuming at average price of 500k, the total transaction is 50 million ringgit. Power!
