+1. Have the same feeling too. Not only that, in general, people prefer to buy from developer due to easy entry with discount or DIBS. Not to say impossible, subsale will definately be harder these days. I would say 9 out of my 10 friends bought their properties new from developer these few years. Some are for investment while some are for owner occupy. Hopefully, can find someone to rent my place once my units are completed.
