Maybe u can look at his previous post at that thread. Sometimes he ask his assistant to post it but that assistant didn't post or forgot. I have deal sticker with him before but that thing arrived nicely in envelope with stamp 30 cent.

well please understand Pos Ekspres is not door to door delivery, they just merely put the envelope in your mailbox.
I have 4 out of 5 BAD experiences on pos ekspres, they DID deliver on time, but the envelopes were either misplaced in neighbours' mailbox or they put in on floor like that.

SO next time insist on paying more for at least Poslaju or other private courier.

RiCHBoyZ is a trustable seller, I bought near to 100pcs stickers from him also no problem, but I asked for poslaju service of course.

Another thing is safe trader tag doesn't = 100% trustworthy.
I dealt here for over 4yrs and having >RM500k trade record but the admin here also never award me this tag.

he didnt tel me....

coz everytime i mail something wit post ekspress, i always call them up wit d reference num 2 check wherether my delivery arive to its destiny n it never fails me

i post wang pos (money order) amout of RM10K before to repay my education loan wit posy ekspress, everytime it deliver on time, never went mising... !!!

thats my point, what's d use of that tag ?

On next day afternoon (Wednesday).... i oredy POS EXPRESS your sticker to the address given. So nothing much i can do for OC the speed of POS EXPRESS delivery service! I know you want it urgent that why we both agreed on POS EXPRESS instead of pos biasa neither POS LAJU.

Please inform me later when exactly receive the sticker specially the date it was posted! TQ

poslaju is like that one. once i recieved handphone from penangite after 7 days of poslaju.

Malaysian post la......Malaysian mentality.
It took 5 days for my letter ro arrive,and it was an urgent letter.

richboy : just provide the pos express code, we can trace the date that u deliver the sticker. no point to fight if it was the pos express delay.

i think is depend on where the post ofice...
i post bulk stuff to wangsa maju and ampang from shah alam, my customer received their stuff on the next day (within 1 day)

the seller should just list down the pos express code here to avoid further complications. that isn't too hard, right?...if u've actually sent the items.

i even scan the poslaju receipt and sent to my customer's email, to confrim tat i really sent their stuff to them and sure not FKK them...

the longer he delays giving out the code, the more doubt and suspicion he will get...and when that does happen, no safe trader tag can safe his reputation.

but i see some of his other customers vouching for him, so he can't be some con artist, i hope.

hurm..no one online in lowyat 24 hour larh..they also get their other life right.so dont expect to get answer within 30 minutes or sumthin...

nyway i doubt he gonna cheat u for hurm.say.less than rm 15??if wanna cheat..cheat more larh...haiyah...

nyway posexpress sumtimes juz sux....i had a letter that neva arrived....so claim at pos office..they juz give us a new pos express envelope...sigh

i'm sure a lot of peepz experience bad time with pos office...if wanna truly safe...go pay for fedex shipping then

but at least dun delay like 1-2 days ar.

if i were the buyer, i would be quite impatient and making a lot of noise too. money, no matter how small the amount, is still hard-earned. u woudn't like it too if someone were to steal RM10 for u.

hope both of them resolve this matter soon. imho, the seller deserves the safe trader tag, judging from all his previous sales. maybe this is just a one-off misunderstanding.

I did not aspect this tread anyway since he & i pmed each other almost daily regarding his POS EXPRESS situations!


Monday i give you the POS EXPRESS barcode since i was working on wednesday i left it in the office. TQ and sorry because of POS EXPRESSS' we kinda text fighting!

btw.... i even PRASY also got his sticker delay until today. I Pos Express the sticker on MONDAY at Cheras Post Office by our company opisboys! - Sorry for the delay!

Well , Malaysian POST...i dont trust them...We shall just wait and see...You see , I DONT ALWAYS GET MY LETTERS IN TIME....[pOS Fault..]. Yeah , my friend 'kaw-kaw' the postman and for the past 5 months , he did not get any letters [WTF...Then the bank company started to call , etc...as they were thinking he was not paying the bills]...I say just wait

If possible just PM the folks who have bought with it with the Tracking Number. Anyone could visit POS Express website in the first place...I can't

If you ask for DHL..den you can blame them for the delay.
There is one case i send a Processor + motherboard to Amenlo9..and it took up to Four days for Postlaju. Imagine that..it Postlaju. Not Post express or what. And they give him the reason..at 1st item went to wrong post office. Den Postman SAKIT.

i was once dealing 1 stick of ram with pos ekpress to sabah , end up hilang.. call sabah post office n wat they told me was they already sent the item based on their record

pos ekpress doesnt need signature, they r fast, but they only throw into ur mailbox.. if u read properly, they didnt cover the insurance except u pay extra RM1 (if i remember rite)

if u didnt receive it after 3 days, u must call post office to clarify, or else bye bye

my fren told me tat she work as waiteress at Australia there, there have the rules like the restaurant only can close on 10pm sharp, cant close earlier... but at last a customer appear when 9:55pm and while during tat time they kept all the stuff already and ready to back home... what to do? the restaurant's staff hv to back into postion and serve tat only bloody customer till 11pm++ hey... if u hungry come earlier lah, y u want to all of the restaurant's staffs wait for u only to finish food only can back home? but tat customer really know to calculate, all staffs serve him only, value for money leh...

then ask him wat the stickers for? jz sticker only and start conflict with ppl at here, worth for u? i dun think the US ppl will appreciate what u did for him... i think if he want ur help to get tat sticker, suppose should be polite, but y he shout on u? not sense the sticker can stick anytime also, i dun think delay 1 week to stick tat sticker on casing will effect the computer performance... if u said post a book to him maybe still reasonable, perhaps he need it to do research or something else... but jz a sticker only, even the modern children dont like to play with the sticker already, but dun know y an adult so mind on it... i even didnt stick anything on my casing to prove what system i using, but only got a casing label there "Icute" but i dun think very shame tat without sticker and labeled with "icute" words...

Instead if other ppl sending mails with pos ekspres to your home, postman might drop the mail simply on floor or insert to neighbours mailbox because they want to rush and get the job done faster !!

if Poslaju they will bring back the parcel to main office if u are not at home. simple as that.

however, poslaju has been very very very good to me so far. either im lucky or they are just good.

No need to look so far, our neighbour already very good. Top notch in the service industry. Although our government is emphasizing on good customer service nowadays, we're still far from good. It's improving yes no doubt but we're still not having much consumer's rights like return of an item that we don't like, refund, exchange, etc. We pay with our hard earned money, we expect good service don't we? When can we reach even 80% if not 100% in quality? I think attitude is the problem here. In order to improve, we must change. Come on, Malaysia boleh!
