Demand: I must say , I was checking for UNIFI 3-4 Years ago , they told me to wait and it will be available by 2011 . Right now this is year 2013 , the street ( lorong 2/92b , lorong 1/92b) opposite to my house already got
Unifi support for more than a year .

We don't have 4mbps supports here, no 8mbps either. We can't use Maxis Fiber as well . So basically we got nothing and we can only wait for UNIFI . But this is taking too long . After years and years of waiting , no response , no news even if there are quite some demands. I have made numerous called to UNIFI center, talking how about how there are demands , yet all we were told is to wait . How many more 3 years we should be expected to wait ? We are not even in Kampung area , we are in the middle of a City ! How ridiculous this is .

At least 2 other families I know in the same place are telling me how frustrating and they want to pay for better speed internet, just to end up getting shunned and ignore by Tm net .

We are seriously looking for better , we are willing to pay . But we don't have anywhere else to voice our thoughts . The TM points Staff don't even care about us . Please someone help us .
