Here is the invitation from the Developer, Tiara Mutiara phase II. I bought phase I, 3 years ago and the price had been appreciated at least 20% from purchased price.
Mind you, this is a green project, with good vicinity and infrastructure around, moreover, the proposed KIDEX highway from puchong to damansara (parallel to LDP) is just miles away if you study the map. I also took some pics of phase I progress (quite recent, 2 weeks ago), will share with you all once I'm home. Attached thumbnail(s) |

were you a buyer of Phase I too ? if yes, they probably not sending it to all phase 1 buyer, perhaps selected or random customer ?
