No wonder.

I bought a jersey from Kitbag and I notice the EPL badge is already peeling off.

Wonder if there is a solution to this.

It feels much "better" in the sense that it's feels more "flexible" because it's thinner and the surface of the NNs is not "furry" and yes, the texture is similar to those of the sponsors printed in front of the shirt. Though, my suppliers have told me that these ps-pro though is much more technology advance, they are more prone to cracking if not taken care properly.

1) send an email to kitbag and see if they are willing to rectify which most probably requires you to bear your own cost to ship the item back to them; OR

2) send it to any local reputable store which provides NNs printings, they will rectify it for you. i believe that the peeling could be due to the heating process not done properly so another round of heat press should do the trick

IN ANY EVENT, i'm helping my friend to let go of one Arsenal Away 2013/2014 shirt, size M. He pre-ordered it at RM199 so he's not going any lower. He already absorbed the postage fees.

badges is prone to peeling off & as a collector for so many years, im ok with this & im kinda expected this.. just re-iron, ur done. I don't expect these shirts/patches/badges are so much perfect even the official's. just my opinion.

Just to share, there's a shop in Pearl Point selling some current season kits, namely MU, Barca, Real and Chelsea. MU and Chelsea at 219, Barca 199 and Real 235. Off seaso. Kits available too ranging from 89 till 169.

Flip the jersey inside out (in malay, terbalikkan the jersey). Then spray some water at the area where the badges are printed. Set your iron to 2 dots. Then iron press firmly for 5 seconds on the area where the badges are printed.

This helps to increase the bonding of the glue.

PU namesets can be removed as well. But my advice, whenever you try to remove them, glue stain will be left and will be visible. So you have to consider this in mind as well

quick question..

i found a shirt worn by ferdinand has different material on NNs printing.. (2011-2012 away)
It's not senscilia lextra felt/velvet type...

http://www.vintagefootballshirts.com/produ...d_-pid7924.html

what is the exact material for this type of printing..? is it same for for all match worn jerseys?

What makes you guys think the printing is PU? As far as im aware, that printing in that size would be Felt material. Not suggesting that this shirt is truely a matchworn (more details and research needed), but i dont see how you can assume that its not Lextra felt just by looking at the pics.

Hmm.. Then its my fault.. I assume that vintagefootball sells fake match worn jeseys... Maybe its just my eyes that i can see some transparency on the number..
