Please advice where can I get the best price for WD Red 4TB, 5TB, and 6TB. Or should I wait for Black Friday?

and when device is certify with DLNA, which brand is most reliable ?

One year ago I found a local dealer for HGST in Kuching and was able to order 2x 4TB drives for my NAS.  I just dropped by their shop last week and was told they no longer deal with Desktop drives from HGST (only laptop).  They get their stock from KL though.  I think there might still be HGST dealers in KL, but it's damn hard to find.  I called the HGST office in Kuching and was told they send their drives to China to sell.  I'm going to be pounding their phone with calls until I get an answer I like.  Maybe I can even sign up as a dealer...

I am for looking for NAS box to be installed at home.  
The NAS must support :

- support RAID 1
- hard disk space 1 - 2 TB
- clients support on IOS and Anroid
- support torrent download
- support VPN function
There  are NAS brands amd models  in the market.   How to select? 
Any experience sharing and recommendation is welcome.  Thanks.

Budget is between RM 1200 to RM 1600.  My router does support both Fast and Gigabit Ethernet.    What model to select?  Any tips?

Also,  I plan to put the NAS at my living hall,  where is room temperature (without aircon) most of the time.  Do I need any additional cooling fan for the NAS box?

In my 9yrs of using NAS, hardly encounter HDD spoil.

I have 2tb Samsung and WD red running till now.

actually the whole rack is my cpu case because limited space in my cpu case , i extend into my rack , nobody walk there move/shake the whole rack , the rack is very heavy,firm , usually i put together into a enclosure . i extend the sata using SFF 8088 cable. so there is no way to fail unless the harddisk not good enough , i choose WD Red because WD disable the drive head parking unlike normal Low power harddisk .
