Get some rest for 2 days. Start again but baby steps. Increase intensity and reps as you improve.

You are suffering from DOMS. give it a rest for a few days before continuing. if its stomach pain. better get it checked. Most people train after heavy meals ended up with an actual health problem. (pankreatic ulcers, etc). no one should train immediately after meals. should have at least 1 hour rest before the actual workout.

QUOTE(ProperTYcoon @ Aug 20 2013, 03:21 PM) hi there, i feel like its some sort of muscle pain that im suffering from. is it ok if i still doing it on the next day with the pain added on? i would actually recommend against it. It will cause a reverse effect. Instead of building bigger muscles, you may end up with a shunken muscle due to severe muscle tissue damage.

TS, just asking, what are you trying to achieve by doing these situps exercise? Crunches would be much better that sit-ups IMO

dun do situp, crunches is better since situp only work ur abs until certain limit and no matter how high u go, it still work the same part of ur abs n not other parts of the abs d (correct me if im wrong). it hurts the 1st few days but as u keep doing, u wont hurt anymore.

QUOTE(ceveori @ Oct 19 2013, 01:12 AM) bro, can't cardio and resistant co-exist? Footballer runs 10-20km in 90mins but still damn strong body. i always run 20min before weight. yes footballers r strong. if u can differentiate between lean body n muscular body maybe u can see.. footballers r more to lean (so many cardio their bf% is so low), they dont have the 'thickness' one thing about before weight.. try to search up for more infos. what i got from many source is that u only need to warm up your body before weight but not run for 20mins. cardio will only bring your energy down, then u cant lift to your full potential

He's actually skinny by a lot of Sifu's standard. I would also only call him a fit guy. Here's another athlete, NFL player. Very strong, very agile, a lot of sprinting power.
