I'm starting to think Square enix is a joke . Cant even get redeem website to work properly and the only good thing is to muck around

Pretty bad messed up way to launch a new game. Scaring off new players with their confusing account management

yeah , kinda turning off for a newbie like me . Game is decent but basic things like registration is ran by jokers .

Ive raise trouble ticket . Hopefuly they can shed some light about my issue

The 20charcter code you redeemed is the Pre-Order Early Access code.. the actual CE code will be emailed to you when the game is released..

right now you getting the Early Access and the Pre-Order bonus item with that code

also if you read carefully the first part, is the current service that you have.. thats is the FFXIV Beta Test

the 2nd part is the list of service that will be added when you click the next..

thats why you didnt get the CE yet.. just the Early Access and Pre-Order Code
